AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF WARREN COUNTY TO CONTRIBUTE TO THE VICKSBURG FAMILY DEVELOPMENT SERVICE, INC.; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:

SECTION 1. The Board of Supervisors of Warren County, Mississippi, is authorized, in its discretion, to contribute during the 1998-1999 fiscal year an amount not to exceed Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) and during the 1999-2000 fiscal year an amount not to exceed Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00), out of any available county funds, to the Vicksburg Family Development Service, Inc., to support the community service programs of that organization.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
